- Ensure the Child is appropriately dressed training and matches,
including shin pads and waterproof clothing, removed all items
of jewellery before training or matches and training for the safety
of all.
- Bring a drink(none fizzy)
- Be responsible for ensuring players arrive and are collected
at the appointed times. If in doubt please ask.
- You appreciate that the child's involvement in playing football
is primarily for
his/her
own personal enjoyment.
- You must respect the rights, dignity and worth of each and every
person and treat each equally within the context of the sport.
Praise positive aspects of play and avoid becoming frustrated
or ridiculing young players by focusing on their failings
- Always encourage your child to play by the 17 rules of football
and players code of conduct set out by the FA.
- Act as a role model for your child, effort and teamwork are
as important as winning, the result of each game is accepted win
or lose.
- Children learn best by example. Applaud good play by your team
and by members of the opposing team.
- You should, from the beginning of your association with the
Club, clarify with the Club exactly what is expected of you and
what you are entitled to expect from the coaches, players and
parents
- Only female coaches, managers or parents of the club will be
allowed in the female changing rooms, any medical treatment will
only be done in the presence of a female coach and or parent/carer.
- Approach any club official on any concerns or problems you may
have, we also like to know your thoughts the clubs approach to
football.
- Notify the club coach if there is any changes in your child's
medical condition or if any injury has been sustained.
- Notify the club coach of any change in circumstances of change
of address or carers.
