Rugby Town Girls FC Young Leaders programme is an exceptional development programme exemplifying the way in which Birmingham County FA looks for clubs to support their Young Leaders.
Young Leaders are the future workforce of any club, the future administrators, referees & coaches. The development programme at Rugby Town Girls FC offers an inclusive safe environment for all to develop.
‘Birmingham County FA looks forward to a continued strong relationship with Rugby Town Girls FC & the Young Leaders enrolled on their programme’

Our current crop of young leaders are working with Toni Wellings UEFA B qualified FA Mentor Coach for ladies & girls football.
Chloe Raine, Megan Evans, Molly Morgan-Blandford, Megan Stewart, Lauren Bailey-O’Toole, Mia Campbell & Hollie Taylor are all being mentored by Toni & benefitting from her knowledge & vast experience from within the game.
Our Young Leaders are in the initial phase of putting a program in place to work with the group & explore the avenues of development for the group, the first meeting took place in early October 2017, the first get together of its kind for the Young Leaders & Toni & we look forward to seeing the ideas from the meeting out on the pitch.
