Rugby Town Girls FC takes its safeguarding policy very seriously and safety is very important to us. We continue to train & update our coaches, club officials & volunteers in all aspects of safeguarding at our award winning 35 acre football facility, providing a safe, secure & clean environment for children to enjoy their football. Safeguarding Children

Each one of our teams has designated RESPECT marshals to help & assist parents, relatives & spectators at home & away matches. We all bear a collective responsibility to set a good example and help provide a positive environment in which our children can learn and enjoy the game, please watch the video in the following link:


We also have a designated Welfare Officer per team who the girls can talk to in confidence if any matters arise, they are always there to listen, give advice & support. We have a collection of welfare documentation to assist in their roles in the following link:


In case of a fire or a fire drill, our meeting point is on the grass near the new top car park away from the main building.
