As the club continues to grow we are looking for new players to join our dedicated, determined and friendly Under 18 side! We welcome players of all ages, abilities and experience; so if you are an accomplished player looking for a new opportunity or a future Lioness looking to get involved for the first time, we’d love to see you at RTGWFC!
These young women play in the Leicester City & County League, with matches on Sunday mornings and regular training on Friday evenings at our 3G, floodlit pitch next to the impressive stadium at Rugby Town FC. We can offer a clear pathway to open age women’s football playing out of our fantastic 6,000 capacity stadium; with incredible opportunities to become involved in coaching, refereeing and leading the next generation of female footballers.
Rugby Town Girls are a friendly, family-orientated, FA Charter Standard Club; the largest and longest running women’s and girls’ only football club in the town, with a focus on encouraging female participation in the sport whilst promoting individual development both on and off the pitch.
