1st match of the 2024/2025 Season. This is our 3rd season as a team but our 1st on 7v7 and on a larger pitch.
A beautiful sunny Sunday (too hot if you ask the girls) for a match!
An amazing 1st game back. No subs so the girls worked hard for 50 minutes. All of them had a go in different positions and gave it their all. As the girls got into the match and nerves settled they showed great team work, passing, runs forward and strong tackles.
Hard decision to choose player of the match but me and girls felt Niamh deserved it this week. It was her first football match and she did an amazing job.
Well done girls very proud of you all. Brilliant support from parents as always!
