Young Leaders Programme

Rugby Town Girls and Ladies FC supports the development of young people who volunteer in football. Our programme aims to recruit, develop, reward and provide a progressive pathway for young leaders to develop a skilled workforce of the future.

Why Join the Programme?

We want to support our young volunteering football workforce to develop as individuals; this is through supporting the development of the key behaviours communication, teamwork, problem solving & customer excellence. All the skills gained from the programme will be transferrable and can help you throughout your journey, whether that’s through college, university or to gain employment,
