After a half term break the girls were ready for their next match versus Burbage. Following their strong first set of games in the Silver league, the girls were faced with their 1st match in the Gold league.
Today was a game of two halves!
1st half Burbage came out with a strong attack and put Rugby Town under constant pressure.
2nd half Rugby Town found their feet, settled into their rhythm and took advantage of opportunities.
Girls showed excellent grit and determination and never gave up. They pulled together as a team and all of them dug deep.
