The U9 Girls put in another excellent performance against a wonderful Thurlaston Warriors team today.
The team played some lovely football, passing the ball around well, and they all certainly had their shooting boots on today.
Isabelle played some great football, and is an non stop performer. She’s our duracell. Some great finishing too.
Mia had another very strong game and goes from strength to strength. Her vision and technique is a joy to watch.
Victoria was again excellent, a goal machine, and her rocket in the last few minutes led the referee to say he couldn’t have stopped it either.
Maddie gave an excellent captain’s performance, with goals and assists, oh and that throw in too.
Our opposition, Thurlaston, were excellent hosts and showed numerous examples of great play, in a game played in a tremendous spirit.
The girls should all be very proud of themselves and the football they are playing.
