At times the Club may wish to take photos or videos of the team or individuals in it. We adhere to The FA Guidelines to ensure these are safe and respectful and used solely for the purposes for which they are intended, which is promotion and celebration of the activities of the Club and for training purposes. The below PDF’s can be read online or downloaded for members, these will require acceptance by a member (18 or older) or named guardian.
We have created the short form as we hold the data from last season and just require an update for the new season and if any information has changed. If you do tick this box a member of the club will contact you to arrange the update or you can update this on iTeamMate.
