The U10s returned to home soil and welcomed Epworth Forest Lionesses a starting line up of Norah in goal, Rishi and Poppy in defence a midfield three of Bella, Olivia and Gracie and Millie upfront.
Epworth had a fast start in the first 10 minutes putting Town under pressure. After which Town came into there own and some solid defending by Poppy, Rishi and Norah kept Epworth in their own half. This then led to Town creating some of there own momentum and Ellie and Poppy were brought into the side providing a strong first half finish.
The second half was a much more even affair with a sterling effort from Ellie and Millie running the channels, the back 3 holding strong seen an exciting end to the match.
POM: Ellie, for some great tracking preventing goals and some strong determined runs.
PPOM: Millie, led from the front causing Epworth to try and find ways to stop her persistent threat throughout.
