This Sunday saw The Lionesses play against Rugby Borough in a tight game that was evenly matched all the way through. On a blustery day both teams remained competitive throughout with The Lionesses starting the brighter with Ava delivering a strong performance. The game was end to end with chances for both teams Phobe, Daisy and Khadejah working well. Its really pleasing to see how far this team has come in a short space of time.
