Sunday morning saw a very determined and positive Rugby Town Girls U11s team keen to take the game to Asfordby from the start. Kelsey had an inspired game up front with great support from Tasha and Evie.
Hannah again performed to a fantastic standard in midfield with Evelina providing well considered cover. Ella, Ellie and Isabella provided a solid defence, with barely an error.
Isabella particularly showing obvious grit and determination. Goalkeeper Sophia made some very brave saves and delivered good clearances.
A great game which showed the players growing confidence and teamwork. The players are thinking about their passes more and the marking is improving considerably week on week.
