Rugby Town Girls U9 welcomed Hinckley Borough FC U9 Girls Stars on a sunny winter afternoon. We knew we were up for a tight contest and the game didn’t disappoint throughout. Both teams had to stay focused and defend well but both sides managed to create lots of chances. The game was played with a high intensity but the girls managed to get a breather as we made use of our 3 subs.
POM: Player of the match went to Mabel, she showed great passing from defence and ventured out in midfield to great effect when given the opportunity.
